A better way to search Craiglist?

I tire of manually clicking through each town, I don't like allofcraigs much either. Is there an engine that'll search craiglists ads for a region without returning deleted ads?

SearchTempest.com. Couldn't survive without it. You just specify how far you want to search and each location comes up in a big list.
