A few pics from my trip to DC

I split this out from the "what to see" thread, in case anyone would be interested in pics, but wasn't following the other thread. Great trip. I'd recommend anyone who has the slightest interest in American history to go spend a few days there. We saw everything on my list and actually quite a bit more. Just some of the highlights of what we saw:

If you go to DC, take an evening and walk around the monuments when it's dark. It's a totally different experience than you get during the day, and there's hardly anyone there so you don't have to fight the crowds. Check out this pic I snapped of the World War 2 monument Friday night.

Check out the Jeep in the Korean War monument.

This little gem is hanging in the Smithsonian American History Museum.

Very authentic. It even had leaky diffs and an oil leak on the bell housing.
