I learned that sedation means "conscious sedation" not "knock me out"."
That was uncomfortable. But relatively quick. They did the right side in 4 places. They'll do the left in 3 weeks.
I'm home and resting today.

So I got RFA done on the right side on the 10th. I went back and had it done today on the left side. Feeling some pain but if it goes like the other side I should be in good shape.

Here's the crazy needles they use to burn off the pain nerves! I asked for a few more CCs of juice this time.

you have my sympathies. I am having a hard time dealing with this shoulder BS right now, hoping it is on track and healing ok while it feels like absolute trash, limiting function etc etc.

Pain certainly modifies how we deal with our daily struggles, and what you've said about men is dead on. Hopefully, your current course of treatment alleviates what has to be a very difficult situation. Keep going.

Well like 3 days but yeah! It feels nice to have less pain.
They told me to try something mellow... so I thought riding bikes with Grandpa Russ would be... Except you brought that darned E-bike
