For he past few years a group of flat fender enthusiasts have been meeting in the the Black Hills of South Dakota for trail riding and kibitzing with like minded people. Most of the trails we run are more sceinic in nature. A couple of us like to test out our flatties on a little bit more extreme trails. After returning from the daily ride with the group we headed over to Camp 5 road to see what we could find. Camp 5 road crosses a stream bed multiple times. The road itself is not too rough with the exception of where it crosses the stream bed. If you get feeling froggie you can take a try at the stream bed between a couple of the many crossings.
