...U4 does not just represent land use, USA-ALL tried that and no one would join the fight so look where they are now...

Usa-All = litigation & lobbying and a mix of other things that didn't sell well to the public. This shouldn't not at all be the focus of U4WDA rather education (ie Tread Lightly) and stewardship (ie NPLD & Land Manager Contact)... you know, kinda like the U4WDA mission



Jack, no disrespect. Asking one person to be the 'land use' person within the U4WDA is like asking one person to be the salesman at Sears. Every BOD member should FIRST focus on education and stewardship and second focus on stickers, events, hat pins and raffles. Those secondary focuses should only serve to improve, fund and market the primary focus points. My offer stands but I'm still working on plenty behind the scenes and with the groups I associate with. I still believe in the mission of U4... and when that mission is being fulfilled by the BOD, I'll be there.

You are mostly right of course but U4 needs someone like you to move the effort forward. Without a manager that has your enthusiasm we are in need.

It's easy, get the rest of the BOD to agree to the mission with the outlined steps and I'm there. Otherwise I'll have equal effect within my current operations.
