AC unit low on R22?

My unit is either low on R22 or the pump is going... but I'm pretty sure it's just low. Any hvac guys willing to do a check / refill? If so, what's the going rate?

I know I'm new on here but if you didn't get it checked out lemme know, that's what I do for a living and I even have a spare tank of r22 kicking around.

I have some r22 cans and the tool to put it in. I have donated several cans to RME rigs.
