Just saw this.
As much as I love the trails up there, it is just way too crowded for my liking. I'll be up there visiting for a family reunion next weekend though.

It was wet the entire way up. Very slick rocks and the trail was really narrow at times with branches over hanging the trail. Near the top, it was really rutted-out. Not going to go up it again until it dries out...which might not be for a while given there was a snow pile 3 feet high right before the final turn up to the lake. Overall it was scenic and a great challenge for my stock rig. Appreciated Dave and his friends spotting me and giving me advice the whole way up.
