I decided to post this in its own thread to help call attention to it.
I still haven't heard back from my customer friend, so I've made an executive decision to meet at 1:30pm at the Alpine Chevron (at the corner of the Timpanogos/Highland Highway and the Alpine Highway, near the mouth of the canyon). This is late enough to let Ryan come along, and--I hope--early enough for Josh to show up. I've also got a co-worker who wants to attend so long as he isn't stuck doing something else.
My plan is to hit either Mineral Basin or Forest Lake. I would be happy to do either one; I'll kinda let the group decide as we meet and head out. Either way, we should easily be back in town by dinner time.
As always, anyone and everyone is welcome to join in the fun.
