Well it took a while to install my lift one handed (shoulder surgery) and the front bumper is still getting welded up by my father-in-law (didn't trust my left handed welding...hardly trust my right handed welding). But I thought I would share some pics of what I've got so far. First a list of what I did:

1- Rotated the sway bar disconnect motor 180 degrees so it faces up instead of down. Figured this is the way Jeep should have done it in the first place.
2- Removed factory muffler and installed straight thru muffler in front of rear axle.
3- Cut two inches off rear of rocker guards to give clearance for tires.
4- Bashed in body seam with BFH in front of rear wheel well to give clearance for tires.
5- Designed and built front shorty bumper that uses factory tow hooks and fog lights and mounts my winch.
6- Built temporary rear tow hitch until I finish design on rear bumper.
7- Installed 4 inch superlift lift kit.
8- Installed 17 inch black spoke wheels from JEGS and BFGoodrich Mud Terrains in a 37x12.50R17.

I think that is about it. Here is a few picks for the curious people.

Sweet! Those are seriously 37's! They don't look like it

They probably don't look like it because the Jeep is so frickin' big:D. Remember the wheel base is 116 inches! I have to admit when I saw it I thought "That looks awesome but with a little sawzall art I could fit 40's". That's probably what I'll do when these wear out in a few years. Upgrade the axels with some alloy shafts and go with 40's. They are that big though the front fender flare sits about at my chest and I'm six feet tall. I'll have to take some pics with my sexy wife in it for a comparison (I know you guys would rather have her in the pics then me).

I still want to do some kind of metal tubing fender flares but it may be a while before I start playing with them.

You're a short 6' if that flare is at your chest. :)

Looks pretty good. They're growing on me... a little. But Jeeps are still stupid, and I hate the new curved windshield... when it's folded down.
