Aluminum wheel repair

Anybody have any wheel repair experience? Can the cracks in these wheels be repaired?

I'd say that's a hard no, at least not for any road use. It looks like it's cast, and as an unknown alloy it really can't be welded with any sort of assurance as to durability.
