Amperage draw ???

We're in the final stages of finishing our basement and I was wanting to take an old CJ grill and put it on the wall with a power supply hidden in it to run the lights. Anyone know what the amperage draw is on 2 CJ headlights and turn signals?

I'm not sure of the wattage ratings of the bulbs but assuming the headlights are 55W, each would require 4.4 Amps @ 12.5V

I'd look for some lower wattage bulbs, 55w would be blinding! Or, put in a potentiometer to adjust the light's brightness.

Or remove the glass lense from the bulb and put a standard low-watt AC light bulb/socket behind it.

or you can get some LED's that run off low voltage and put them in the glass bulb....
