Insurance has already settled and paid for the truck... I was NOT aware anything was gone until after the settlement. It's partially my fault and I take the blame. (Im so mad at myself) but the crooked effers that did it still shouldn't go on unpunished.

I'd still try and issue a vandalism claim on top of the normal crash claim. Did they total the vehicle or will you be getting it back, fixed?

I know this is old but man I hate tow yard creeps. All the truck operators have been cool but the people at the yards have been thieves.
