another question about shakeing

i have a 88 wrangler my tranny-t-case have been shakeing pretty bad well that turned out to be a broken bushing and some really lose nuts. now my question is will a u-joint on the front drive line cause it to shake to. i have the d-30 with the vacum engaugeing system what ever you want to call it. the u-joint is bad.thanks

If the vac disco is working the driveshaft wont spin and wont cause shaking in two wheel drive.

If the U joint is bad it will cause a vibration not a "shaking". Do you still run the factory track bar?

Trac bars always go bad, they're almost always the culprit on lifted jeeps

i will have to look in to that to. i also have a bad u-joint on the front axle shaft to, it is as bad as the driveline u-joint. i can not complain 7 years offroad med crawling and just a couple off thing have gone bad.thanks guys
