Trying to budget my shop. Trying to get a rough figure for 30x36. Footing, stem, flat work

Not that I am much help. But when I was bidding my 24x26 garage i got sound 16k for that. Given you ate nearly 40% bigger O would guess between size and cost increase in construction material i would venture around 25k

When I built mine three years ago, I had a tough time getting bids and an even tougher time figuring how I was going to pay what they wanted. I ended up finding a guy on KSL that rents forms and did it myself. 32' x 40'. I did have a crew do the flatwork. Footings and stem were not bad to do.

I have done the concrete work for my 28x50 myself with the help of a friend who is a general contractor. My material costs for concrete,rebar and pump truck are around 12k. I used ICF for the wall forms and that was another 3k
