Their estimate was really close to the appraisal we had to get when we refi'd earlier this year.

I need to find out how much of a differance a partial basement per square is worth verus just a framed basement.

zillow is about 20,000 lower than our refi' apraisal.

Hit me with a PM of the details I can try to help you out. When I list a house typically a framed basement still gets a 0% finished, but with notes in the remarks section as to what has been done. A partial basement gets partial credit as living space.
