They'd have recent high school grads come in and get hired then walk off at lunch or just not show up the next day.
That's because they were brainwashed into thinking that all they had to do is sit through a lecture, get a piece of paper and they'd be set for life. (We were all told this, basically) Those kids probably missed out on the best opportunity of their lives and wouldn't have had to start out in a huge chunk of debt. Ahh, the modern education system. What a joke.
