Anyone dealt with a factory warranty?

Finally got my STI back from Doug Smith Subaru. Although I was worried and paranoid with the beginning of the process because Subaru (not Doug Smith) was being a stickler it all worked out great. I was told originally that I would have to pay a $500 deductible, but when I went in to pick it up tonight I only had to pay $63! They got Subaru to waive everything and I basically paid for the oil change. I am very happy with Doug Smith and Dempsey. They all kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on. Awesome experience with a dealership.

PS, I have a brand new '08 STI for sale if anyone is interested.
