It would be nice if there was no where to put it to keep it secured on the inside somewhere. As pictured I would hate to find out the hard way that the elements have ruined it and I'm still stuck. Maybe they also have some sort of strap that is resistant to UV rays, rain, wind and zombies.

thats important right there. ive pulled people out of snow, streams, mud-sometimes smelly and if the strap gets wet they can smell. the only reason/use for this i see is to dry it off. and if a thief really wanted to it wouldn't be hard to steel that strap

The ad does say you can mount it inside or out. In a buggy, there is no inside. I could see the potential for this to possibly maybe be useful for someone somewhere.

In my old buggy, there was essentially zero storage space. I could have used one of these, I suppose.
