Anyone looking for a House??? Woods Cross

I've succeeded in driving another neighbor away (they're moving to North Dakota, so I must have done something REALLY bad) and I think they're READY to deal. Last I heard the house was going for about $260-270K. It's in my little cul-de-sac with some good neighbors and a few kids around. Nice and semi-secluded feeling.

It's an older rambler style home that's just had the basement gutted and redone and I think it's got new carpet throughout. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, office and two car garage. It's a for sale by owner and I thought I had a picture kicking around, but can't find it at the moment.

Horrid picture, but I think it's the only one I have at the moment. That pic is MY house, but it's the tannish house in the background with the big evergreens.

My wife's got a good one that she'll send me when she gets home from work.

You'd get a SCREAMING deal if it's still on the market then. His family moved in like early August, so he really wants to move on. (and "conveniently", the gal that lives on the other side of the house is an attorney also)
