Anywhere local for speedo cable?

I need a speedometer cable to go to my FJ-40 speedometer and an NP205. Is there anyone within 50 miles of SLC who builds them?

I tried to get a quote from a company out of Cali, but they kinda ticked me off with their ignorant email response, so I don't want to give them my business.
