Mine have been terrible all month. Sometimes, it feels like I have a friggin cold. This is the first time since I moved here they have been this bad.

Looks like molds and grass is way high.

It has been terrible for me all month long too. I rarely have allergy problems and for whatever reason this month has killed me. I take Benadryl at night and Claritin D in the morning and it only seems to make my ears pop, but I still have the stuffed nose, and that "head underwater" feeling. It sucks. I feel your pain as well.

FWIW, I haven't had good luck with any meds except Zyrtec. (now available without a prescription)

It seems that nothing really works for me and I haven't really needed it in Utah.

When I lived in Austin it was much worse. Months would pass with no relief in sight. There were guys that worked with me, that had to move because their allergies were so bad. Not even shots worked. Apparantly Austin was one of the worst cities to live in for allergy/asthma sufferers and none of us knew it when we moved there:ugh:

Buy some local honey and eat some everyday on some toast. It'll help build anti bodies you need against the pollen that's causing the allergies. I typically don't have allergies but mine have been bad lately.

That actually works. I've been doing that for a bit. Unfortunately there is something new in the air 'round here, and I've been sneezing like a motherscratcher.

I didn't have any alergies till I lived in Oakland for a few years, they started up there. I thought it was different pollen but when I moved back they came with me. :(

Does that really work?

I hope so. Theres a place down the street that sells local honey, I'm gonna give it a shot.

FWIW, even my dogs have had the worst post-nasal drip this summer. The female never has it, now she sounds like a friggin duck:rofl:
