Well I just assumed that we were talking about thick cut peppered bacon here. There needs to be some fort of ASE, or ISO 9000 bacon standard. Because really, anythng less should not be able to claim the right of calling its self bacon.

Fish is really yummy when cooked right. To date, my hand's down, favorite, would kill someone to eat it, fish is Tiradito. It's raw halibut in a green tea and lime juice infusion with a sprig of cilantro, a touch of chili sauce and pink volcanic rock salt. Oh be still my beating heart!! :tara:
