Axle camber issue

While greasing my axle bearings . I noticed my tires had worn on the inside. These are newer tires, only about 2yrs old and had 3 long trips on em.
They are a taller and wider tire than stock.
I know the axles have a bit of camber on em stock so Im thinking I may have to have a shop bend it to cure the tire ware.
Anyone had this done, shop recommendations???
This would be for our teardrop trailer.

I had my trailer aligned by Alignment Specialists. Worked great on my bent axles.

It's fairly easy to align trailer axles if you have a welder an angle grinder and a good level.
I bent an axle on my old trailer and was able to cut a small pie wedge in the tube, weld and plate it with no further issues.

Called Alignment Specialists today. Said it was $79 for the alignment . After talking , we wondered if the axle would bend again. If I got a new axle he said most likely that would need alignment also.
This is a HF trailer axle and not sure on the rating but I do have another flatbed trailer that used to be a tent trailer (4-lug also) at one time, but its now my junk-hauler trailer . Wondering if I should swap that axle and have it aligned ???

I personally wouldn't throw any money at a HF trailer axle, or bother taking apart another functioning trailer. Go to Henderson Wheel, order the axle you want and be done. I'd bet it'd cost you around $100 for a complete axle with hubs.

Last time I checked a 3500 pound axle with hubs and everything was around $150 at State Trailer.

Even at $150, it's still a solid upgrade, and worth the money and peace of mind.

Im going to the teardrop weighed with all my gear in it , just to see how heavy it is before making any decisions.
Only took me 2 summers to kill these tires.

I would guess a 2k axle would be plenty, but the cost won't be much different.

It's definitely getting a new axle. Im just curious what my max weight is fully loaded with gear.
Im sure bouncing around on these dirt roads for about 4+years has been a punishment for this axle.
I usually air down the teardrop to make the ride better off-road.

IMO a 3,500# axle will take the abuse of offroading better than a lesser rated axle.

Yeah. I'll just have to see how it mounts with my springs, hubs, ect.
This mod could snowball from here. Already need new tires. You know how it goes. Mods and budgets dont get along.

Good point, as the larger axle will have larger bearings.

Today I went to get the trailer weighed, im just a tad under 900lbs with all my gear inside. Then went to Henderson's and picked up a 2,000lb axle . Trying to put a 3500lb axle I would have needed to change alot (springs, wheels, tires, etc) . Plus my 5.30x12 tires are 10ply and the height of the teardrop is fine where it's at. Getting out the door our feet barley touch the ground.
Goodbye old axle.

A few years ago I pulled the lower leaf out to give it a better ride but now I'm rethinking that. Trailer frame is rated 1450lbs and since we are at 900. I put the leaf back in. Last thing I need is a broken leafspring while on a trip.

Looking at the new axle it measured to be an inch wider at the wheel mounts. After installing it dosent seem like much.
Anyways. Wheels are nice and straight. It also tows alot better. New hubs and bearings are nice.

The new axle and leafs I put back in looks like it lifted the teardrop about an inch or so. Think I'll put the spare on and buy a new tire. So I only have to buy one tire for now. Use my least worn for the spare.
