I don't think so, I thought for sure still LROR or shortly after. Maybe I am wrong, but definitely not covid, thats when I got my place and married.

I hate to argue in front of the kids, but I poured the ground slab in October 2019 old man. Did the walls and poured the top by end of October. Then I finished the rest after Rhys was born in 2020. That’s the only way I remember. But I was probably planning it at low range. It’s been on my list for a long long time.
