While I have absolutely no problems with bacon and am always open suggestions, I'm not sure if I'll be able to pull that one off. The most obvious problem being that I don't have a smoker, problem 2 is that I don't want to have to babysit the darn thing for a couple of hours.....I want to go wheeling! :tara:

Any volunteers to do the smoking and bacon-sitting? I'll put it together!

I used to think that.... I still have bad memories of the day I ate 6 Johnsonville Better Cheddars with no bread while shivering next to a campfire Might have been alright if I hadn't drank 2 ice cold SOBEs with them Or if there had been anything else in my stomach from the day... of hiking....
