badlands winch controller and roller fairlead

Got a 12k badlands winch that came with the wireless controller but looks like it's broke.
(Will only winch in but if I switch the wires around it will winch out)

And need a fairlead also.

I imagine you could contact harbor freight and get a replacement part.

I have a roller fairlead you can have, but you'd have to come to Ogden or Logan to get it.

A replacement wired controller is $13 from HF, was hoping some one had one just kicking around.
