I don't see a reason any Les Schwab or BigO couldn't do the job, hell they sell those size tires they should be able to balance them. The other option you have is to grab some balancing beads and have them tossed inside the tire. I have used air soft pellets in the past with good success.

Back when i worked at a tire shop depending on the width of the tire, and backspacing some 35's weren't able to be balanced. The big issues is being able to close the hood on the balancer.

35 tends to be the largest most shops are able to do but i would honestly say go for the beeds, especially if you are planning on offroad use. Better than popping in every so often to get them balanced.
