Barracks Trail in a Full-Size Truck?

I've watched a number videos and read some trail reports (older). Wonder if the Barracks trail down near Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park. We have a family-reunion camping trip down there in July and been wanting to do that trail for a long time.

Trouble is, I recently traded my rig in on a new F350 Tremor. I can't quite get a read on just how tight or open that trail is, whether I'll end up scratching the snot of the truck. I realize this is kind of a stupid question, and I shouldn't be taking it out if I'm worried about that. I plan to get another dedicated trail rig next year, but in the meantime don't want to sit out the Summer if I can get out there without too much pinstriping!

In addition to the Full-Size / trail tightness question, can this trail be run in a half day? I'd need to be able to take my 4 nephews on it early AM and be back to camp well before dinner so I don't incur the wrath of their mothers.

First post... so sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, or if I missed the answers from searching.

It's been forever since I did that trail. I'm wanting so say, only minor scratchy in only a couple small spots. I do remember though, in my LJ on aired down 35's there was one sand hill I had to use 4WD to get up. If it's real dry, I might want another vehicle along right there in an F350. Unless you are good with just sending it.

Deep Sand And Snow mode for the win! It’s the perfect hill for that. 😎

That is in fact, Full Send mode.

At least it is in my 2022 F-350 with the Godzilla and 10 speed trans. It will catch your attention for sure, even when you’re ready for it.

Same truck here. I played around with that mode over the winter in Snow and felt it bogged too much. I just turned Advanced Trak off wholly for proper fun. Maybe need to try a redo.

Still hoping for anyone to who may have run this trail recently and has a good read on width, thanks!
