With the buggy supported, remove shocks and cycle the suspension with a engine hoist. it should move freely without putting any pressure on the buggy.


the more i think about it tho.......you probably just wheel to hard! might be time to call summit machine for some aluminum links

I don't wheel very hard .. It's a Suzuki! I was going to go play church ball tonight but now I'm staying home and cycling suspension.. Although it cycled fine with PVC and joints being taped in lol
