Bent .500 wall links?

With the buggy supported, remove shocks and cycle the suspension with a engine hoist. it should move freely without putting any pressure on the buggy.


the more i think about it tho.......you probably just wheel to hard! might be time to call summit machine for some aluminum links

I don't wheel very hard .. It's a Suzuki! I was going to go play church ball tonight but now I'm staying home and cycling suspension.. Although it cycled fine with PVC and joints being taped in lol

So what are the current links made of?? You said they're not DOM, so...HREW? That may answer a lot of questions right there.

I'm not sure what there made out of I just know its seamless 2 1/4 .500 wall

HREW 2.25 OD .500 wall

DOM 2.25 OD .500 wall

2" solid 7075 alum.
