I've always enjoyed Fins & Things. Took my son out there last fall. He was about 7 months at the time. He slept the whole ride.
Pretty much any trail. My boys have seen most the well-known Moab trails from their carseat. Fins n Things is nice. I'd add Moab Rim, Poison Spider, Hell's Revenge, Pritchett, Metal Masher. The other thing is it depends on how old they are. If old enough for a short hike, Klondike Bluffs is fun.
My son has been wheelin' since he was about 6 weeks old. His first Moab trip was the U4WDA trail ride last year. With that said, he's been on Golden Spike, Rusty Nail, Pritchett, Behind the Rocks, Green Day (the hard way), Minor Threat, Strike Ravine, Fins and Things, Metal Masher, Cliffhanger, etc...etc...
When they are young, you have to take care of their necks, as they are easy to get whiplash. So I just take it easy and drive slow. If I'm doing something that is going to have his head bouncign around, I hold it in place. If I'm goign to do something that might take me off my wheels, he gets out to play.
Hell's revenge is good and Metal Masher is great for them.
Or you can have someones girlfriend watch them
