Best place to get axle retubed?

Where is a good place to call about retubing an axle? My cousin used a guy here in SLC that was real reasonable, but I can't find it in the phone book. I think he said it was called 'Rocky mountain' something or other. Clear as Mud. I love having Alzheimers!

Andy at 6-states has a guy that does all his re-tubing. call 6 states service in SLC and ask for Eric or Andy ...

Yeah that's it, but I can't find his number. Did a search and found nothin'. Anybody have his #?
