Best place to get edelbrock headers

Apparently the only people who make a header for the 2.8L cherokee is Edelbrock. They're wayyyyy freaking expensive.
Does anyone know of a good place to get edelbrock parts from so I don't go broke?

thanks

What are you really hoping to gain? While you may get a slight(very slight) power increase the cost per horsepower will be way too much. Ask around you will find out that there is really nothing that is worth doing to that engine. By the time you buy headers and then have an exhaust bult to match you will have an exhaust system that costs at least double what the actuall engine is worth. Why do you think that the exhaust manifolds are choking the engine anyway. I really dont think the 2.8 needs a great exhaust the engine itself chokes airflow and it does not matter what you do it just wont pump much air.

Summit is probably going to be the cheapest but try the Checker on 4500 and state.

Well since Autozone is comprised of incapable morons, I did some looking for the part myself. That 299 is for a flowtech part, not sure if it even goes to my jeep.

I get it now. I am sort of amazed that they even make a 2.8 header. Are you sure nobody else makes a header for that will work maybe you could try cammero headers who knows.

Summit wants $300. years ago I got some Edelbrock parts from Jegs because they were a good price. I can't even find your header on their poor website, but they are worth calling. But if you have a local guy offering to be the cheapest price it will be hard to beat that deal.

These might work found them on jegs website. With a little research you will probably find out if they will work or not.

Hedman Hedders Headers

Incredible value and performance for all popular applications.
Hedman believes that a good set of headers should be made to last, as well as add performance. That's why each Hedman Hedder is made by hand, in America. Hedman Hedders were originally designed for racing but they give tremendous boosts of power and performance to street vehicles as well. Since headers naturally increase the efficiency of a vehicle's engine, you will experience improved power for passing, hauling loads, towing, etc. by simply bolting a pair on in place of your exhaust manifold. Hedman Hedders are designed specifically for each application and are, dollar for dollar, your best performance investment.

I called jegs, they want like $350. So far summit's the cheapest. I couldn't get a capable employee at Autozone over the phone so I had to drive there to get the price, $359.

Hedman Hedders Headers

I actually have a set of these on the jeep right now. The problem with them is they want to dump too low, the driver side wants to be right where the driveshaft is. So far, the only company I can find that makes them specifically for the cherokee is Edelbrock. I can't see why anyone would spend that much money for a header for that particular engine.
