Q4U is pretty close to the house, so the girlfriend and I went there last sunday, not really all that impressed, I had the sampler platter. Pretty much had to chew the meat off the ribs. I had a better experience before they moved to their new location:-\ Plus I like the old gas station building. Probably cursed now thast they moved into a old JB's

I'm talkin' bout babyback ribs

Smokin Apple, when they pick up the ribs to throw em on the plate, the meat falls right off.

Q4U is great too.

I'm a fat guy that loves good BBQ, and the Briscut Sandwich at the Smokin apple is so juicy and tendor, it melts in your mouth, usualy briscut is a tough, kinda chewy meat. Not their's.

Will NEVER buy them at any place in Utah, been disappointed way to many times. I would bet I can make them better at home than anywhere listed above.

Ate at the Smokin Apple in Lindon last night. Since I live in Lindon I wanted to try the new place a couple blocks from home. I got a full rack of baby backs (last rack he had) these things were to die for. Yes they fell right off the bone. My wife and sons tried the pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches. They were great too. And his prices were very reasonable. I will defiantly go back.:greg:

We usually go 3-4 times a week for lunch, you have to get there early if you want ribs, they usually run out about 1pm. Its usually standing room only between 11:30 and 1:30.

... new joint in Lindon called, "The Smokin Apple"...

Finally made it over there last night. The place was just awesome. Loved the environment, the people were way friendly, and the food was amazing. I had the ribs and brisket, and Kami had the pulled pork, so I was able to try all of their meats. The ribs were downright AWESOME and the Cornbread was amazing. Next time I go I'll be getting a full rack of ribs :greg:

Some more exciting news, they now have Cajun Sausage and Spicy Italian Sausage on Fridays. They are trying it to see if its worth putting on the menu. Best Sausages I've ever had.

My preference is Texas Roadhouse, I love the fact I can pick the bones out first, then go back and eat the tender meat!
