Boot re-soling

So does anyone know a good boot repair place in SLC? I need some better soles on my Doc Martins.

There is a good cobbler on 23rd east where it meets foothill. Can't come up with their name, but I've had them repair boots and shoes.

There used to be a place on the southwest side of the Black Diamond building, facing the parking lot. Not sure if it's still there or not

There is one on west side of highway 89 in north salt lake, tiny shop but good work.

The times I have looked at having it done for my Redwings it was only 50 bucks less than buying a new pair of boots. Hopefully Docs are different. Do they still sell Docs new?

wow. I've had my Vasques redone for like $50.

They told me a 100 bucks. That was direct from redwing. They probably charge that much just to get you to buy another pair of boots.

Oh... yeah, if you get it done from them, it probably IS $100. And they do want your new-shoe money, most of the Redwing stores are franchises.

The Boot Guy in Magna is also good, Avoid the shoe douche on State and near 1100 s (approx). The guy seriously messed up a pair of my boots and told me that was the best anyone could do - the boot guy in Magna promptly fixed them for me

So Gogo's no longer does re-soling and they suggested a place around the corner from Harbor Freight on 70th but they had a hand written sign saying closed till Feb 9th. I'll call a couple of these other ones.
