Borrow stock wheels for safety/EMI?

Time to take Jenn's Unlimited to get inspected this month. The problem is the wheels stick out too far and possibly needing mudflaps. Anyone ever borrow wheels/tires for this or have some to lend out or sell for cheap?

Lastly, this is the first time I've had to get the LJ inspected since modifying it. Any suggestions?

TIA

I have some small stockies for my cj's that really helps with the flap/flare issues(they'd be yours for sure if they'd fit, sorry). Roll it up as is to a couple of shops and ask what they think, feel them out. You will see who is jeep friendly and who is not. If they say you have to do mud flaps that's fine you'll take care of that. It's kinda of a negotiation, if they ask you to do something reasonable-do it and they will feel like you aren't taking advantage or risking their license. I've had a jeep without an emergency brake for 3 years that never has gotten checked because I cover the tires and do mudflaps.

Amen to what the MEAT said, that stuff needs to go to a PM. Jessor04 has the wheels and I have a mud flap that goes into your trailer hitch you could borrow as well. Jessor04 is my nephew and I come to SLC enough I could meet you with them and then get back later. Let either of us know. I had to do the same thing last month but I put the stockers on the front. It worked out great because with the price of gas, I was high in the rear so it was going down hill, thus getting better gas mileage. It looked goofy and the guys at the testing place giggled but it did what it had to.
