I recently replaced my dana 35 rear with a dana 60 with disc brakes, the brakes are from an explorer. The problem is the brakes feel really really squishy, i have bled them multiple times but they still dont feel right. Any suggestions???

i hate to do this to you, but from recent brake problems i have seen....

Are the bleeders at the top of the caliper?

Was it a drum brake 35?
Do you know which calipers were used on the rear? Do they have e-brake adjustments?
Some e-brake calipers need to be adjusted up similar to drums.
Most calipers also require a larger volume of fluid than wheel cyl (drums). Often you will need to upgrade to a master cyl that is designed for disks.
Lots of other possibilities like porpotioning, and residual valves etc.
But we really need a little more info to start you in the right direction.

it was a drum dana 35, i have not done anything with the master cylinder and i was actually thinking that would be the best place to start. I am not sure all of all the details, advanced did all the work...
