Ya, I don't think you could build it for 20k. Just the axles would set you back close to 8-10G's. 40" krawlers on custom double beadlocks aren't cheap, Atlas 2g's, coilovers, 1500, motor/tranny, 1000, plus another 5000 in fuel stuff, shifters, linkages, tube, etc etc.

35000 is expensive, but I've seen similar comp rigs go for somewhere in that range. I'd rather have that bronco than a comp buggy I think.

22100 or with just as good but different parts 13650

Im sure I left some stuff out, cause theres always a couple of grand in stuff you dont even think about until your fabbing stuff up...but I think most of us wouldnt spend that kind of money on dynatraks unless your just wealthy or have it given to you and your fab show as advertisement. I could be wrong.

I figure its worth $35000 with $22000 in parts the labor and notoriety is worth the difference, just as I stated though I would only pay $15000 for it. I would only buy it if it was cheaper than I could build it myself cause part of the fun is building it yourself. If you dont enjoy the fab stuff but want a awesome machine and have the cash spend it, wheel it, and post pix so we can check em out.

well, you did say you could build it for $20K...not build something similar with totally different parts...if you can show me a set of hutchinsons ( four or five, I dont care) for $1000 then get me all you can cause they are a minimum of $500 a PIECE ;)

I listed both there parts, and parts that I would rather use.

Its been a year since I seen the build so I couldnt remember what kind of beads they used, but even at that Id only be 4g's over budget with there same products. I believe they were supposed to have a build limit of $3500.

Id take the challenge if someone would throw me some FREEBIES.
