Here goes have been building since may, back story is i was wanting a wheeling vechile and I was getting married the car i had was a 2003 VW gti and I figured I would buy a truck before cause my girl didn't have a car so i buy My Tacoma and give her my VW. It awesome found a good one TRD with e-locker and v-6 and was happy. Untill I went to moab.... I ran a ton of trails but was to worried about beating it up because I have to drive it every day and I hate when DD look like rasin's. So i found this truck down 2 blocks from my house at a used car lot

Clutch feels good
all windows good but windshield
body is in good shape
Newish 85% tread 32x11.50

The bad:
clean the crap out of the back sucked

Why do you need a front leaf hanger? It looks like you have a solid axle in the front and the 1980 would verify that. Is there benefit to mounting a SAS bar on a SA truck?

the stock leaf spring hangers are weak and will eventually tear off the frame, u can get 1/2" of lift more and u can move the front axle farther forward to keep the tires outta the cab too.
and it helps with the pinyon angle when used with lift shackles

I am also doing a RUF on it and need to move it a little farther forward, and I will get a little lift and it is way stronger
