The top story this morning on the radio is of bizzle and his two friends getting busted by the FBI for robbing the credit union... says they will get up to 25 yrs in prison for that offense....
But looking at the arrest report that JoeT put on here it says that West Valley was the arresting agency.... oh well who cares as long as he is in jail and going to prison... might have to talk to a friend of mine that is a prison transport officer and see if he is getting along ok in prison once he gets there!!!

NO matter who arrested them, the crime is federal.... if he used a gun hes done...
The minimum sentencing requirement for robbing a bank with a dangerous weapon is 7-25 years . . .
That's worse than most 1st degree felonies.
Sucks to be him.

It probably means he has a federal issue somewhere and they have a hold to keep him so they can come get him/or the local PD to deliver...

I know it... I'd rather pay to keep'em locked up, than run around on the streets though. Figure if you lock more up and throw away the key, there would be less getting in trouble. ...That is since we can't put 'em down like the dogs they are! :-\ IMO eye for an eye would work very well....
