im looking at getting or building a new chassis for my buggy I need a four seater what chassis do you like im going to take most of the parts out of mine but want something that looks clean thanks ahead of time

Depends on what you are looking to spend. I really like Twisted Customs but they are fairly large $$$. Jim's Garage has similar lines to TC but less $$$. I couldn't decide so I'm building my own chassis with ques from Twisted, Jim's and Campbell. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I did the same thing. My life had out grown my 2 seater so I took what I could from it, sold the chassis to help fund new parts and built the 4 seater. You can see my build thread in my signature. Might help you with some ideas.

Either way, let us know what you end up doing.

will do wright know I am thinking of using my axles and air shocks and th 350 trans and my atlas but I am running tbi 350 motor and thinking about running a 5.3 or a 6.0 motor im not sure such one to run what do you guys think and why

I'd go with what ever motor you can find, that's in good shape. In stock form either of these motor will flat out blow your tbi away. You will be happy with either one. If you go with a 6.0, I like the lq9 better then the lq4. It has higher compression for a bit more power. If you think you will ever go forced induction, then go with the lq4. I have installed a few of these motors, and loved them all.

I will look around and see what motor I can find. what have you done with the wiring harness to get it cut down and simplified

You can do it yourself if you are electrically savvy and patient. :) There are lots of sites online with pin-out locations, etc. Myself, I will be sending mine to waynehartwig on the board here who can do the computer programming and get the harness trimmed down. I can do electrical if I need - but I'd rather cut off my arm. LOL.

Build your own harness if you can. Otherwise I like Speartec harnesses. John builds the best that I've used. I have a local guy that does my tuning for me.
