Bumper endcaps

Ok, so i was taking my front bumper endcaps off in order to put something else on, and i like the looks of it without the endcaps much better, so my question is.... is it illegal to drive with them off/would i get in trouble for it? (Note:Even with 6 inch fenderflairs my tires would be stickin out a little bit).

Legally your bumper is supposed to cover from the middle of each tire, if it's just the stock bumper without the endcaps I don't think anyone would even look twice at it.

I took my end caps off a couple of moths ago. Havn't had a problem. I don't think here in Utah they will even give it a second thought. Just my $.02

leave em off. You are going to get flack for mud flaps and flares way before end caps.

I don't have any of the above, however, I am only 2" above stock

mine doesnt and ive nvr had a problem even with a 4in lift and 33's with no mud flaps
