No Indian artifacts that I can recall, lots of neat mining artifacts though. Last time I was up that canyon (~12 years ago) it was a pretty rough road.

sweet, i realy want to get out there again, but man that is a long ways out and i am sure it is going to get pretty hot soon.

Which way did you go? Via Pony Express is shorter mileage, but longer time. Via Wendover is longer mileage, but shorter time. We like to go through Wendover and hit the Peppermill buffet for an hour on the way through.

I like going the Pony Express way, starting early.. then you end up, hungry and thirsty, in Wendover. Nice mindless drive home after filling up at the Peppermill.

we went out through wendover and back through the pony express. its a nice ride either way.
