Calling electrical guru's

I'm trying to do this locker bypass. http://www.jkowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2212&page=2
If you click on the PDF, I'm trying to do the contura switch using the factory relays.
What wire do I attach to pin 2 and pin 4?

i have the rest figured out. I just don't want to start splicing wires if I don't have to

Pin 2 goes to 12v source, and there is no pin 4...

Figured it out. I meant pin 3. I was on my phone.
