camp trailer plastic

I have a camp trailer and the plastic cracked and leaked this winter. I have heard the possibility of welding the crack up. I don't know what kind of plastic it is but does anyone know a place that can weld plastics?

are you talking the roof plastic or plastic windows?

How about RTV to seal the crack? I have seen the plastic weld process and it was not easy nor was it clean.

It is a tent trailer and it has a built in storage bin on the front. The crack is in the plastic around the storage bin lid.

fiberglass patch kits would work and maybe rtv around the edges to make sure
