Can anybody recommend a good tint shop in SL Valley or close?

Looking to get some windows tinted. Not sure what brand or type I want, but I do know it has to be good quality. Please educate me if you are a tint guru. :greg:

Any recommendations based on experience would be great. I don't care if its dark, but it needs to be both legal in Utah and something that blocks heat build up in the car when its sitting out in the sun all day.

This in my opinion does not exist. If you are gonna go legal save your money and buy a sun shade.

i've had a number of vehicles tinted here always been happy with the work.

The formula one pinnacle series is great film and does what your asking. All my vehicles have been tinted legally with them and i've noticed significant interior temps drops even with 50% film on the front windows

I'll probably try Tint Specialists as they are only 2 or 3 miles away from home. Its for the wife's car, so the easier the better!

There is a recurring groupon for Royal Tinting in Midvale. I had them do my Jetta with some quality film - really professional job. I even came back with a slight complaint about a scratch in the film - they removed the film and proved to me it was a scratch in the glass and redid the window - no charge.

Our dealership has used them for longer than the 17.5 years I've worked here. They always do quality work, and they stand behind it; I take all my personal cars here for any tint work. In all my years, I've only ever seen ONE customer with a tint problem--a small bubble developed. Without a question, they replaced that window's film and sent us on our way.
