Can someone suggest a camping spot for mothers day?

The wife wanted a pop-up camper really bad. So were buying one today and she wants to take it out for the mother's day weekend. The trick is we have a 9 month old and he doesnt do well riding in the truck for more than 3 hours. So sand hollow, Moab, Arches NP, and Bryce canyon are out for us. Which were our first choices for places to go.

So, any place you guys would suggest within 3 hours drive time of the SLC area thats open this time of year?

I would say the Swell. That's kind of a massive area, but I think you'll all enjoy it.
