Has anyone made a hot mix or pickled hot peppers? I am thinking of doing this but have never done this. I have lots of Jalapenos and Habenaros in my garden that I don't want to lose. I also have cucumbers and a variety of bells. I was thinking of adding onions and garlic too plus maybe even some carrots and celery. I would like to hear your experience and recipies if your willing to share. Thanks
