I am planning on pulling doubles to Moab in October. I have never done it. I am pulling a tent trailer behind my car hauler. My overall length will be just close to 60 feet. I have looked online and from what I have found there is nothing about length rules.

pretty sure it is 65ft for Utah.

Look in the RV forums, they talk about this stuff. I really doubt you will be bothered. I see people pulling some crazy stuff around here.

It all depends why you do it. All things change if ya get paid and the size of it. Ever since I came off the road, I really haven't paid much attention to the laws and changes. So I could be way off Lol.

says 65' total length -I kept a copy of the law in my glove box while pulling doubles in case of undesired officer interaction..

The law is 65 FT tongue to tail. Be smart about it small trailers like to whip. I totaled a truck and 2 trailers with this setup. 5th wheel lead and bumper tail pulls nice but equalizer is always smart on small tail trailers or any tail regardless. Im pulling a 32ft 5th wheel with a 21 ft boat or my 20 ft flat bed with toyota behind it and never had an issue or bugged about it.
