I just picked this up Friday. I'm pretty excited!

31' double slide bunkhouse travel trailer.

What a process it was to get it. The wife and I ordered one from a dealership, waited 8 weeks for it to come in, when it did come in the order was all wrong. After a long discussion with the sales manager we told him to stuff it, then went to his competitor and bought this one. Lucky for us it was $5000 less than when we looked at it 3 months ago, wich made it cheaper than the rig we ordered. Everybody wins, other than the first dealer who has an extra trailer on his lot:D

Nice trailer. I hate when dealers try to put you into something you didn't want. Glad to hear you handled it like you did and that it worked out better in the end.

Devin-Yes it is quite long for a bumper tow. 36' tounge to bumper  I had to stay away from fifth wheels, because I need a place to put my ATV's, so that's what the rack in the truck bed is for. I could have gone with a toy hauler, but I'm not a fan of those. Just my $0.02 but I don't like camping in the garage.

I haven't weighed it yet, but the brochure says 7700# on the axles and 940# on the hitch. It feels a lot heavier than that though. My powerchip for the stroker will be here Friday

Rockmonkey-I sold the slide-in. I was going to trade it, but the dealerships were look booking me, so I ran an ad and sold it in 1 day!

Sweet trailer! I have had friends with the toy haulers- one fuel leak and EVERYTHING tastes like/smells like fuel. They take some getting used to. Looks like lots of fun!

You're probably right about it feeling heavier than 7700 pounds. Normally, you'll want 10% of the total trailer weight on the tounge. If that's the case, that thing might weigh in at as much as 9400 pounds.
