Pics of your latches would be helpful! I don't quite understand how the spring is supposed to mount

I busted mine getting in the damn Jeep.

The latch is fine, but I busted the prong.

So. I can take some pics of the good part if you'd like. Would you like?

Just need to figure out how the metal spring is attached. It's the only metal part in the latch, other than the screw.
